This role performs numerous functions related to improving the financial performance of local homebuilding operations. As the primary leader for all finance and accounting functions for the division team, this role also acts as the division’s Compliance Officer relating to the Corporate Code of Conduct and Major Transaction procedures.

As Upvest enters the next stage of growth, they are looking for an exceptional VP or Director of Finance. You will work directly with the CFO building out the more analytical, forward-looking side of the Finance department, and also closely with the founder and CEO to ensure Upvest reaches its ambitious goals. You will lead building out the Financial Planning, Analysis & Impact (FPAI), Commercial Finance, and Data Analytics teams.
